Ernest A Becker V
Ernest A. Becker V, a fifth-generation real estate investor and developer, founded Becker V Development in 1991 after obtaining his unlimited general contractor’s license in Nevada. With a family legacy dating back to 1903, Ernie has overseen the full construction of apartment complexes, shopping centers, mini-marts, and commercial interiors, drawing from decades of hands-on experience in project management, zoning, permitting, and development. In 2025 he revitalized the company by welcoming his son as a 50% owner, with the vision for his son to lead operations.
The focus will be on leveraging the contractor’s license to build and sell owned projects, while gradually expanding to serve external clients.
Timothy P. Gurule
Tim Gurule is a U.S. Army Combat veteran of the 75th Ranger Regiment, former firefighter, and now a real estate investor and mortgage advisor. Raised on construction sites, Tim learned the trades early, eventually managing and leading crews. Alongside building his investment portfolio through hands-on remodels, he developed a sharp eye for both craftsmanship and financial strategy. In 2025 he relocated to Las Vegas, Tim partnered with his father, Ernest A. Becker V, to relaunch Becker V Development. Together, they are carrying forward the Becker family’s legacy in Las Vegas development, with projects guided by their core values of faith, family, and freedom.
